FWM introduces unique Helical Hollow Strand™

Providing excellent whip free characteristics, Helical Hollow Strand has an open center working channel with an inside diameter ranging from .007" to .045" and an outside diameter ranging from .011" to .085".

Using wire material drawn by Fort Wayne Metals, HHS™ tube is manufactured according to customer requirements of tension, compression, torque and pitch direction, and is available in single or dual layer for increased flexibility and control. Common applications might include over the wire devices, manipulation components, endovascular devices, urological tools, and catheter devices, to name a few.
