Ti 6Al-4V ELI is an alpha-beta alloy containing 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, and extra low interstitials (ELI). Interstitial elements such as iron and oxygen are tightly controlled during the melt process in order to improve the ductility and fracture toughness.
